Go four wheeling on the beach in designated areas. Learn the story of the first Virginia colonists and their mysterious disappearance in the outdoor drama, The Lost Colony. Enjoy a variety of restaurants, several within walking distance. Enjoy tennis or pickleball (one of the fastest growing outdoor sports played on a tennis court) while vacationing here.

Our beach home is a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bathroom unit with balconies overlooking the pool and tennis courts and only a short walk from the newly replenished life-guarded beach. We offer free WI-FI access in our home. Community facilities include pool & spa, tennis & basketball courts, and a clubhouse with racquetball, fitness equipment, and game room.

Cancellation Policy
No refunds less than 60 days prior to arrival date unless we fill the time slot. Cancellation fee is $25.00.
ALL RESERVATIONS BEGIN AND END ON SATURDAYS
Check-in time is no earlier than 4 p.m. and check-out is no later than 10 a.m.
All rates include 12.75% state and local taxes. A deposit of 50% and a $200.00 refundable security deposit is due at the time of reservation, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Deposit will be returned upon return of key and inspection of the unit. Payment by personal check only.
